I have received excellent customer service and advice. Communication has not been a problem which I appreciate as I live in Spain and was arranging a pre paid funeral plan for my mother who resides in the UK. Any queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently and the service was extremely friendly and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
