All our business was conducted by phone after the initial contact was made. I did try to follow instructions given over the phone in order to fill in the application form sent to us correctly ,however I did not succeed at the first attempt . The person dealing with the application was very patient,and in no way patronising when he explained what I had omitted . Whenever we were told that he would ring back for whatever reason , he never failed to do so . We had originally chosen what we thought was the best plan with regard to value for money , but by using " Which Funeral Plan " , we not only saved money , but an equally good plan was drawn to our attention that enabled us to pay for the plan by 12 interest free payments.
