Golfelits scam site
Ordered online, seemed a really good deal. Company looked legit/website looked to be good. Odd response to my request about my order then checked “trust pilot” (wish I had checked first). Now the emails bounce back and the website isn’t recognised. AVOID ..!!!
One man scam company. Avoid
Phill Collendy operates out of a 1 bedroom flat in Barnet, London. Your orders arrive weeks later from a warehouse near Birmingham. My son bought a Callaway cap (6.5.24) and received a Titleist cap (28.5.24) which was dirty. Their return policy states: "Our return and exchange policy typically allows customers to return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support for detailed instructions." From the government website: "Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’. You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason." Photo evidence of the wrong, damaged item was provided immediately. The response: "We have shipped the item as per you ordered. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for this item at the moment." I'm all for entrepreneurs making a go of it but this man has effectively stolen my son's money. The website may look professional but don't be fooled. I can't comment on the authenticity of the item my son received but given the delivery timescale, there is possibility DHgate is used to source items. Please warn as many as your golf friends as possible as I would hate for others to be left feeling disappointed and ripped off too. I have informed Mr. Collendy that I intend to pursue my case and report my dealings with him, which I fully intend to do.
Total disgrace of a company and should…
Total disgrace of a company and should not be allowed to trade!!! I purchased an item of clothing from Golfelits for £40, which first of all arrived 2-weeks late. Secondly, the item is very poor quality (practically see through) and clearly fake as it does not even have a label. The bag the item arrived in (if you turn inside out) has Chinese writing on it, so it's obviously a cheap imitation knock-off. I sent an email to Golfelits returns, stating that due to the poor quality of said purchase, I wish to return the item and received the following response: I apologize for the inconvenience. We have shipped the item as per you ordered. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for this item at the moment. As compensation, we are offering a 40% discount on your next purchase. You can use the coupon code GOLFELITS40. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards! GolfElits Customer Support, Off the back of the response from Golfelits, I replied to say I was not accepting a 40% discount code and expect a full refund as per the 30 days policy on Golfelits website. Unfortunately, they never responded to my second mail, so I have since requested legal advice on how to best move forward and get a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!
SCAM FAKE ITEMS
When it seems like it’s too good to be true it normally is. I ordered the J Lindeberg shorts and should have noticed when looking to order them that I couldn't find these shorts anywhere else on the internet except this store and the price was low. But I ordered anyway and wish I hadn't. When I asked if the shorts were real, I got a reply saying they work with the highest standards when making clothes, what does that even mean, why would you be making them? anyway, the sizing is way off, and I also contacted J Lindeberg to see if they are an authorised 3rd party retailer.... which they are not, shock. So, I did manage to get through to someone about returning the item and they said yes send to this address - Unit 4 Tunstall Trade Park, Brownhills Road, Stoke on Trent, ST6 4SE, United Kingdom. Well, there is no other information to say what you are supposed to do or delivery note, so how do they know the shorts are mine once returned? However, I sent the items back 1st class signed for and put all my details on a piece of paper in the parcel, name, order number etc Well, what a shock, the items have been delivered and now I am being ignored. I have done some research and found the guy who emails you back is a guy called Phil, full name Phill Collendy born in November 1996 and has his business registered business address as 35 Silver Birch Close, London, United Kingdom, N11 3NW. This address has 14 other businesses registered here as well, so probably a front/ scam address. I have raised a dispute with my bank who will get me the money back and I encourage anyone else who is owed a refund to do the same. I would also encourage everyone to report the business to trading standards and action fraud and get this scam business closed down. Alternatively, a visit to the address in person is on the cards as well…. Which I’m sure will be fun and interesting..

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, shorts arrived and are clearly fake J.Lindeberg. The overall quality, the logo, u can tell straight away they aren’t real. Not sure how company’s like this can still be allowed to sell stuff online and haven’t been shut down - scamming people out of hard earned money
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 items for almost £100, both arrived and are clearly fake JLindeberg items. I returned the items almost 4 weeks ago, as per their returns procedure, to an address in Madrid. Over 20 emails and messages later, I have not received a refund. I keep getting spam return emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS. Very disappointed. I do not have £100 to lose or write off.
Items are FAKE!!
Items are FAKE!!! I bought a pair of ugg slippers and they come from china, website makes you think they are from the UK but they are not. Please do not buy from this website!!!!! Wish I’d read the other reviews here first.
Received what I ordered
Received what I ordered, 2 week delivery which was as advertised. Genuine items.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Ordered an expensive pair of shoes which I needed to refund. As with other reviewers, I wish I’d read the poor reviews first. Tried messaging them repeatedly in line with instructions on their website. Each email has been responded to by what appears to be a scam account. Still no response and no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
