The actual transaction online was fine with no problem. When I visited you in Paignton the guy behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I asked if I could get the timber Cut in half as they were 4.8 metres to fit in my car I was told yes ask the guys in the yard they should cut it for me. I went out and got my timber and asked if it was possible to cut it only to be told “I’m not very good at cutting timber I can’t do it and we have no cutting area,I left my last job because I couldn’t cut timber” which seemed a strange thing to say,as previously the yard guys have obliged and cut my timber.. It was just as well I had a saw in the car . I am 70 year old and I struggled to cut the lengths.My husband attended the store I feel your service was let down badly. John
