Very good service!!! Bought->delivered in 1 day->returned->money back next day! Amazing! Excellent communication, too.

An expensive mistake. The shoes I ordered had an annoying fault but I still had to pay the postage to have them returned with the appropriate value insurance. This cost me £11.15 using special delivery. The company didn’t make any effort to reimburse me for this cost, they didn’t even acknowledge my return, just refunded what I paid. They did however send multiple emails asking for this review and numerous marketing emails. I am leaving two stars instead on one in the interest of fairness as they did dispatch the item quickly using a good courier, however I won’t be shopping there again.
