Excellent service and I love the jogger set

DPD rescheduled postage 3 times. Tried to contact store but phone just continually rings. First time buying from this store, unlikely to buy from again. Update in response to reply left from the store 2 YEARS LATER. I absolutely can assure you I would never write a false review. I can only assume couriers have changed in the time I posted this review back in 2021. The passive aggressive response to my review says it all. In no way have I ever been contacted to ask me about my experience, so they've just assumed it was false. Disappointing black white denim.

Extremely unhelpful staff. Wouldn’t refund because I bought in store but if I had bought online they would. This policy is not right? I didn’t try on the top in the shop because I have cancer and unwell. I have had spine surgery and didn’t want to get undressed. They didn’t have a size s. But said the size M would be fine. When I look at the item at home it was much to big and didn’t even try on. Spoke to staff which do not care. Gave my daughter a voucher! This is not the service I expect in Wilmslow. Very poor! More interested in the online sales. Where you can get a refund. Waiting to hear from the owner while I’m in the Christie hospital.
