I made another coin order , when I received it it was opened and missing items , I replied to HOL and they contacted me after the 2nd message . I was contacted by Alex who helped me . The coin I wanted from the beginning was not available anymore so he told me about another and I ordered. Not happy I did not get the one I was ordering from the start. Still waiting to get the replaced order.
