defective product, no response from company

This seems like a small owned company that likes their customers and their products aren't cheap. I got a shirt and I've worn it quite a few times already and when washing, it's still in great shape!

First time customer. So far so good.

I purchased a Christmas t-shirt and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The fit is fantastic, true to size, and very flattering. It arrived in about 5 days. Plus, it's made in the US, which is awesome. Overall, I'm really impressed with it.

Customer service was terrible. I reached out for a return and they actually declined. I explained it was a gift and the person did not want the shirt. The rep basically stated I knew what o purchased and to have a good day! The site states clearly items can be returned, so I don’t understand this response

If I could rate a zero I would. Email keeps getting kick d back and order "shipped" almost two months ago. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T BOTHER!!!

This is a horrible store!! Their return policy posted on their website clearly states "we have a 30-day return policy and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & with tags".....I have tried 5 times to get them to process my return for 2 items that have not ever been worn, have all the tags...etc. and were recd' less than 30 days ago but they refuse!! They change their excuse every day when I reach back out to them. HORRIBLE customer service and BEWARE - they do NOT honor their written return policy

It was easy ordering on your site. The sweatshirt looked exactly like the picture. It came fast with letting me know each step in the process. It fit great and is very cozy.
