Customers service is not really up to much. They wouldn’t award me due discount even though I had applied for it.

I Always buy Trophy food. Never gets refused by my dog, great value, perfect size for her to chew before swallowing and can be mixed with other food if needed.

Normally everything goes well when l order from Trophy however this time it didn’t. I ordered 2 bags of dog food in 2 different varieties but they sent 2 bags of the same one. I sent an email explaining what had happened and l received a very prompt reply. The problem was sorted out very quickly and hopefully l will soon have the varieties l require. I would normally give 5 stars.

The Trophy rep who came out to meet Milo was very helpful and informative. Although it did take two weeks for Milo’s stools to firm up he has now started to gain weight and enjoys his food.

Lovely service from Matt the local Torbay agent . Very knowledgeable and gave great advice . Dogs like the food too !!

After using Trophy for several years we tried Tails. Our Westie went brown around mouth. Went back to Trophy.....all good again. Sky loves the food and company is excellent to deal with.

My dog loves this dry food. You get so much for your money we will be ordering regularly now.
