After rescuing Duke in November last year, the best advice we ever had was to invite Matt over for a chat! His knowledge and obvious care is immediately apparent. Our rep Matt has been absolutely amazing since day 1. We had a very poorly puppy when she first arrived with us and she had an upset stomach for 6 weeks. Matt gave us advice on what food to give her, both Trophy and other simple options to help with the condition and has continued to support ever since. Just recently she became bored of her kibble, so Matt advised us of how to test her with other options to see which was her favourite and we also gave her a little wet food to make it more interesting. Can’t recommend enough 🙂

Mat was very helpful and took the time to talk me though all the food they did and what would be a good diet for my dog. Mat left the foot after talking though how best to use it and how much. Matt has been delivering our dogs Bella and Ruby’s food for about 10 years now! Matt is very knowledgeable and I’ve asked him for lots of advise over the years, we get a lot of compliments on how shiny our two dogs coats are. Recently I contacted Matt about my oldest dogs stiff back legs he advised me to try the trophy joint pack and I’m so glad I did I can definitely see the difference and is not expensive compared to other brands and more natural! Bella and ruby defiantly love Matt turning up! 😃 would not use anyone else. Highly recommend!
