The goods (PIR board) were fine. What was exceptional was the delivery. The lorry had difficulty accessing our property, giving the delivery driver some substantial problems, with his vehicle and other traffic. I was amazed how he remained perfectly placid and calm and successfully resloved all the difficulties and complete the delivery. Really well done. Thanks.
