Ordered around 30 boards, had an email letting me know it would be a day later delivered and that they were upgrading as they didn't have the ones I ordered In stock. The delivery guy was lovely and offered to help me get it into the house which I politely refused to let him get on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend. Jody
