Project Welcome Home- First off, transitioning from overseas with a military family is so overwhelming, But to ease our minds with a company and people you can trust has tremendously exceeded our expectations. Customer service was phenomenal. Kiya was patient, energetic and understanding who knew what and how to handle our arrangements to help accommodate the stress. It gives me the satisfaction to know that someone was at our new home handling our arrangements/appointments when we were unable to do so. She ensured our appliances/furniture, cable/internet/security were in tact so we don't have to.
