Excellent communications. I had a non-emergency job that I requested help with and the whole process of contacting the company in the first instance through to completion of the task was done in one day. Head office kept me informed of the engineer’s time of arrival and that he had been delayed at the previous job. When he arrived he completed the job efficiently and cheerfully within the hour.
