The teacher was extremely unorganized and very hard to follow. I came out of the live classes being more confused than before.

The material can break things down more so students that are new to the industry can understand

I like that I can study the ebook and take the study questions and chapter quizzes. I like how it’s dumb downed enough for the reader to understand the material. I like how I can follow up the chapters that I read with the virtual class. I like how the speaker keeps everything real after reading the material. He explains the concepts well. There are some concepts that I really am confident and others not so. I like that I can pinpoint my weakness and then I can submit a direct question to the teacher. Sometimes, I would like the speaker to give us a little more time in answering the questions ‘cuz I have to think a little bit more on some questions. I also like how you can go over the subject matter by yourself. You’re studying for yourself but not by yourself. The videos are awesome too.

I am frustrated that I had to completely start over with my training. I started with PassPerfect through my firm. I work full time so I dont get to sit around and study all day. My training lapsed so they extended it for me but when it lapsed again I paid out of pocket, which I didnt mind doing. I received a 50% off coupon. I was given online material that was completely different set up than what I was use to working on and I had to start all over which has set me back. This is frustrating. The rep should have offered to let me renew my training on the program that I was already on. The training through my firm was better than what I received. It's not easy to navigate and the videos have a lot of info on them and I have to pause and write everything down. Slides would be great so that I can take notes and not have to write each word verbatim. I am frustrated to say the least.

Having used Pass Perfect for the series 63 and SIE I have to say that I was disappointed with the series 22. It was not up to the Pass Perfect excellence on the other exams. There were not many general types of test questions on the actual test as there were in the practice tests. (I took 31 of them)

I was locked out due to many attempts to gain entry. The staff responded to my phone call in a timely manner so I did not loose to much time studying. This was great
