The reps were rude and dismissive and I had to call three times to get what I needed done.

Pass Perfect materials were very good. Pete Gibowicz is an excellent tutor. He challenges, coaches and teaches the information so you have an understanding of the material...The key to passing the series 65 was taking many chapter quizzes, mastery exams and finals. I would highly recommend Pass Perfect and Pete Gibowicz. RS

The SIE program is throwing in Series 7 materials into it which is why I rated it so low. This program actually caused me to feel less prepared for the SIE and I ultimately ended up requesting a refund.

We still haven't received the textbook. We paid over $20 for shipping, it seems like that should be a faster process.

Being honest the PassPerfect material is adequate but not exceptional for the series 9/10, but is better for the series 7/66. While the material could benefit from more interactive learning and videos, the instructors/tutors are great. I had a huge amount of help in passing all of my exams from entry to supervisory exams. Pete G. was a huge help getting through some series 9/10 material and can't recommend him enough. He also has his program for private tutoring that can help anyone struggling at Bear & Bull Trading, he is also one of the directors/instructors for the 9/10 material at PassPerfect and does a great job with his live classes.

I love this program. You don't have to pass the exams to move on, although it helps overall. They are great at clarifying confusing concepts. They do a good job at repeating things enought that you learn them well. I have used other programs, and loved this one. Very thorough.
