TL;DR: Awesome study materials and classes; customer service is sorely lacking. I’ve had great experiences with Pass Perfect in the past. I used their materials to pass the Series 6, 7 & 66. This time around I purchased the materials to prepare me for the Series 9 & 10–which I believe is going to help me pass both exams. However, my issue with Pass Perfect isn’t the product, it’s the service. They do not offer weekend hours for customer service and I purchased my package on a Saturday so I was willing to wait until the following Monday to receive a link to my books so I could immediately begin studying. So I called customer service and was informed that Pass Perfect does not provide e-books for the 9/10 but that my books would be shipped that day and I should receive them within 2 business days (I paid for the 2 day delivery cia UPS). By Thursday I still hadn’t received the books, so I called again asking if they could be re-sent overnight and was told that they could not do that but could provide me the e-books and refund the shipping charges. Of course I complained because upon my original call to their customer service, I was told the e-books didn’t exist. So I requested the e-books, and the refund of my shipping charges and was told that I would receive an email stating that the refund would be returned. I waited about 4 days and the email never came. So again I called, which is when I finally received the email and my refund of the nearly $28 I spent on shipping for my purchase well over a week prior. All this to say, with as much money as this company charges for their products and services they could at least use their profits to improve their customer service. This experience left me sorely disappointed in Pass Perfect.

My employer assigned Kaplan materials to study for the S9/10. From past experience with the S24, knew that this would not be enough. The PassPerfect study materials are organized in more understandable format. Their question databank is fantastic. It is tough. Most folks don't pass the practice exams initially, but you do start to notice improvement as you progress towards the end of the practice exams. If you read through the materials 2-3 times and take all 12 practice exams and then some, you'll be well prepared to pass the test. Peter G with PassPerfect also provides a live review. He has condensed the materials to a 4 day, 4 hour per day boot camp. He will read you the material and answer your question at a high level. It is not meant to break down and really teach, but to give you exposure to key topics with awareness. With all the resources, you must understand the concepts. PassPerfect materials will get you there IF you put in the time to get it done properly. PassPerfect helped me pass the S24, S9 and S10. Their materials are the best. Good luck!

Pass Perfect is a highly in-depth study tool that requires a lot of time and immense attention to detail. Some questions are far easier than the exams and some are far more difficult. It is a time-consuming tool but I passed both of my exams on the first try so it can help you be successful if you go through the entirety of the course.

After purchase I had no access to getting started. I called serveral times during the day, was put on a long hold and eventually disconnected. After serversl days I called again, someone immediately answered, was very pleasant, and when I explain what happened, made changes to allow access.

I find the way the material is presented to be a bit confusing and difficult.
