What an excellent service provided by Susan truly went above and beyond in helping book my annual journey to Poland. Thank you everso much you are outstanding caring and professional.

3 days of constant telephone calls emails and still no resolution. What is so difficult to put 2 adults and there 2 children in a room together but no this has not been amended hence 1 child had to share a put up bed with a sibling. Not acceptable, Johnson Holidays has ruined a 7 day holiday never book with them

From start to finish Johnson staff Susan and others were attentive and supportive and helpful we booked a 14 day break with 2 hotels in Hurgarda and a Nile cruise for 7 days although we did encounter problems along the way I cannot thank our wonderful Guide Waleed enough. From the moment we met he was interesting, polite, attentive, informative, passionate about his knowledge went above and beyond on a daily basis. Helped us to Get the best from our trip advised us on location the history and he became a very good friend . Waleed’s knowledge of the History of Egypt is immense and Even when I asked the most ridiculous questions he always smiled and answered in such a respectful way as to not make me feel awkward. My most treasured moment was drinking coffee on the bank of the Nile at a village sitting in the peace drinking in the surroundings the culture and listening to the wise words of Waleed . If you are lucky enough to have this gentleman as your guide then your trip will be blessed.

I would like to acknowledge that I found Sophia Tom and David to be extremely helpful. They guided me through the process of book ing my Cruise and land holiday. They were always available to answer and deal with any questions I had. It was a pleasure working with them.

We are just coming to the end of our nile cruise and all I can say is it has been well worth it. The boat was very nice and always clean, the staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. The food was also very good. Would definitely recommend trying this holiday

It was so well organised, met at airport a taxi to hotel. Our trip on the nile was truly amazing our guide Waleed Mourad had a tremendous knowledge of valley of the Kings and temples nothing was too much trouble for him.
