This is a debt collector that understand how life actually is. Clearly if someone couldn’t pay it at one point they are struggling with money. Actually breaking my debt up into a manageable payment option of my choosing is very appreciated!

Like most people COVID hit us hard and we ended up with delinquent credit card accounts, but getting an email to be able to handle this made it super easy for someone who works during the day and can't take those dang calls. Thankfully I only have 1 other account for like $28 that I have no idea who it is for, but if it were this easy I would have had it paid years ago.
