Não recebi meu boomf. Fiz um pedido no dia 1º de fevereiro de 2022 e ainda não recebi. Quero reembolso!

Best ever have used several times in past and always delivered a gret product. When did go wrong they were straight there to deal with isuue and re sent order again. Promt replies to any questions and friendly too. Will definetly use again.

DO NOT order from this company my USA friends. Your package will ship out as promised but WILL NOT be received within the timeframe noted on the website. My package arrived VERY late, way past the occasion it was intended for, and I only received excuses from the company. I understand they cannot control the shipping time, but if that is the case, then DO NOT state a specific timeframe. At a minimum I felt I should be reimbursed for my $35 shipping charge, but no go. A huge disappointment for me and I will seek these services elsewhere.

Paid for best boomf for my daughters 18th 2 weeks in advance received empty envelope 5 days before her birthday. Explained asked for reimbursement as would be too late now for her birthday? Was told accept same again even though late or a voucher for something I would not even bother buying again. So be prepared too accept a loss if you decide to buy a boomf it’s a 50/50 gamble folks simple as that sad really

BUYERS BEWARE. Scam. I ordered back in mid January for Valentine’s Day and they sent a fake shipping link. It’s also been two weeks of pointless emails of them pretending to “resolve” the problems just for them to send a fake shipping link AGAIN. Used them about two years ago as well and didn’t have issues then. Company must have been sold or the owner decided scamming it’s customers was easier money.
