It’s literally come the next day remember for my husband birthday on this Tuesday coming

I ordered a personalised Xmas card early dec to allow plenty of time for this to be sent before deadline for Xmas posting. They have failed to even dispatch this item over a week on and don’t answer their phone and when I emailed I got a standard reply saying sorry but there are courier delays - they haven’t even dispatched it 😳 In my opinion I would now NOT recommend this company and would use other personalise card services as it’s no good choosing a company with some novelty confetti over more reputable companies who actually will dispatch and send your card - I now have bo time to reorganise a special Xmas card for my daughter … complete shambles and unprofessional company

Boomf products are supposed to release confetti or surprise someone advertised on the TV. The boomf letterbox flowers I purchased did not release the confetti when arrived. Flower was lovely just disappointed at the result of opening them.

Absolutely amazing sent one to my partner and my best friend and they were both amazed
