I purchased ktips from sunny thinking it was great hair. Had them installed on Thursday & by Friday night they were all brittle and dry. I baby my extensions & only washed them once in a week because I'm afraid there going to get worse. I'm question if it's real human hair. Real human hair would not get this way in less than 24 hours. They lasted for about six weeks. They were wonderful. They shrink as I went on and use them so they were shorter than they started out to be but all in all they were good product.

It’s been almost a month that I’ve been contacting them for an exchange. Several phone calls, texts and emails were sent. They received my package per the tracking status.
