Great tools, ordered one afternoon and the item arrived the following morning highly recommend.

I purchased a dust extractor from Lumberjack and while it initially performed well, it stopped working after just 12 months. When I contacted their customer service, I was informed that I would be responsible for the repair costs because the product was ONE WEEK out of warranty. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the price of the product. A quality product should last far longer than a year, and the lack of flexibility or goodwill from their customer service does not inspire confidence in their products or their commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected better from a company with such a reputation. I would not recommend their products based on this experience.

Really happy with the thicknesser so far. It came promptly. It seems well made and sturdy. I've done a few test runs and the results are great. Early days but impressive start.

Prompt delivery, item well packaged. One needs to read instruction book carefully. For example it does not mention when to fit shelves. Overall simple to assemble. Very pleased with result. Excellent wood work bench, sturdy and well designed. Very good value for money.
