Order placed one afternoon and it was delivered by lunchtime the next day . Had to phone as order wasn’t complete but very friendly and helpful and order put right by promptly. Haven’t used item yet but looks and feels a tool worth more than I paid .

The sale price and an additional discount code tipped the balance in favour of a Lumberjack table saw over some alternatives I was considering. I bought a Lumberjack scroll saw some time ago and have found it very fit for purpose so I am confident about my recent purchase.

I’m really impressed with Lumberjack. My tools arrived quickly and were well packaged. The build quality is excellent. The tools feel like they would be much more expensive. I haven’t used all of them yet but the ones I have used are brilliant. I love using them and I love that I have a tool for any job.

I have a Lumberjack Planer/Thicknesser PT254. It had a damaged feed roller , probably because I had fed a plank through with a nail in it. Anyway, I got in touch with Lumberjack by email. They got back to me straight away and supplied me with a new feed roller at a reasonable price, but gave me fair warning that it would be very difficult to install on my own. After my first attempt at doing this myself, I gave up and got back in touch with them. At no charge, they arranged pick up, delivery and repair of the machine. I got it back in a lightning 2 days. Customer service gets all the stars. Lumberjack, you are fantastic.
