After a little search on the internet I came across this clinic. We also got in touch from the first conversation we had with Nicole, it was like we had known each other for some time and it all came by itself. From details about what is offered to me and what I have to do until the day of arrival and surgery. Nicole was by my side throughout. I'm coming for a 2nd intervention. The first one being done at another clinic that was not really "clinic - aestimed hair transplant - I do NOT recommend" and I did not have the necessary consultation and the desired result. Now I am 7 days after the intervention. I take it gradually and it was explained to me what I have to do to have results. Very chic meeting clinic, clinic for neat surgery. People everywhere who came and talked to me openly. Likewise, my kind, meeting different personalities I am very open. And this meeting was very ok. I was already on a mini vacation in Turkey, so we discussed that I already have accommodation and about the way from the clinic to the hotel, we did the job in 2. I didn't want to depend only on them or to be at my mercy. So, it can be discussed and it reaches a good point for everyone. So, I recommend in relation to the staff and the clinic. Now I was waiting for 6 months to pass to see how the results appear. Update, we are approaching one year. The results are pleasant, satisfied with the way they look compared to the first ones from another clinic who "practiced - so, don't go through the fake reviews"... So I can say: on the side the hair looks and healed better, in the front I don't use powder and growing I can also cover the back, wanting to tie my hair back. If I found out before I had the first transplant, I was still going with OZEL and now the results were mega pleasant, they repaired as much as they could. I have no regrets. I recommend them. By the way: monthly consultancy! So, attention is paid to those who have crossed their threshold!

If you are looking, for a well looked after experience from start to finish, the do yourself a favour and just contact the team at ozel. They accommodated me like a prince and were very jolly people. Basel was my caretaker and he did not allow me for one second be in any discomfort. Guided me thru every step and checked up on me till the very end even months and months after the procedure. I just finishing my 2 months post surgery at Ozel hospital and so far I'm having great happy time. Feeling relaxed because of the work that the whole Ozel team did for me. They were so careful. Personally I would recommend Ozel hospital for their honestly and expertise which rare to find.

This was my second hair transplant but first time with Ozel hair transplant which was done very professionally. They answered all my questions and Basel and Tito and the other lady were all really accommodating and supported throughout the whole the process. Midway I requested some snack and water and this was provided within 5mins. The people doing the transplant were all very professional and I am very happy and looking forward to the result soon inshallah. Would definitely recommend. As I think they were much better than my first transplant which costed more and was at a more well known clinic but I would rate this experience much better.

They were very profesional and helpful since the start. I was a bit anxious at first, but the overall experience was great.
