Delicious Tamales!

I think you have a great product, and I enjoy all the flavors. The promotions with the combo and bundle packages were an economical solution . I will order again probably when you run some new and exciting promotions.

The quality of the product is excellent. Much better then what is sold in grocery stores in the midwest.

Extremely small tamales that are filled with regurgitated black meat that’s is pulverized so small that you can’t tell what it is🤢🤮not worth the money I spent which was way too much 😡it’s like the stuff you get out of the can! Very disappointing

Responded to my queries in a very timely manner, friendly and courteous. Shipping time was quite slow IMHO. Ordered on a Monday afternoon, received immediate reply that order was received. Waited all week for email regarding order fulfillment, eight days after placing order I contacted them, and then they finally shipped my order.

Pork tamales were well seasoned, good meat and moist. The cheese tamales were very dry not moist at all.

Communication from the company was non existent - I had to contact the company to find out the status of my order - didn’t know if it would take 1 or 2 months before receiving my product - it took a long time before I received it. Also - 2 packages were not marked - could not tell if I was heating up the pork tamales or apple - the packaging was shabby and looked rushed - box was not sealed well.

These tamales are just okay at best and you can buy some from your local mom and pop place for less than half of what I paid. The packaging was good but way over priced.
