I purchased your tamales for my family, which consists of 19 adults and 10 children. With the exception of 4 children and 6 adults, your tamales were voted to be the first to almost duplicate our grandma's. Our family considered our grandma to be the greatest chef of Hispanic cuisine. The only comment made by the 6 adults regarding your tamales was that they found them to still be on the spicy side and would prefer the tamales be more on the milder side of spice and flavor.

I ordered two beef tamales and I ordered two fillet mignon tamales. And you gave me all beef not happy over it.

I first tried these Tamales when friends brought them to our pre-Thanksgiving multi day trip. They were in charge of one evening meal and we had every Tamale Texas Lone Star has. there were 16 people and everyone loved the evening meal.
