Helpful Shipment Adjustment
Shipment was originally planned for when we would have been on vacation. Was able to contact TLST and reschedule the shipment for when we returned.

Superior customer service
Superior customer service. Our shipment was delayed by UPS, consequently the contents were not edible. Upon contacting customer service on the issue, they immediately shipped out a new order, no questions asked. Second shipment arrived in quality shape. We have ordered from Texas Lone Star Tamales several times and enjoy their products immensely.

Birthday Gift: Delicious!
The tamales were a birthday gift for my boyfriend who lives in another state. They arrived on time & he was able to eat tamales for his birthday dinner! Thank you so much for a gift he will always remember & was able to share with family. Automatic smiles all around.
