Brilliant quality product but the problem was delivery they sent me out everything but the head board they forgot to put it in the van this was ok as they told me Friday it be delivered, come Friday when I was waiting on delivery I was informed that dispatch did not put the headboard on the van. I asked the delivery driver for a contact number and he simply told me to check the website. I finally received the order on Tuesday 24th September which was okay but the problem was that for the money I spent I feel the service was very poor.

Everything was processed smoothly without any hiccups. Good value for money

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The online chat was really informative and very quick to respond. Made the order on a Thursday it was delivered on Tuesday. Excellent communication throughout, driver texted me day before to tell me time of delivery he was spot on time and so helpful and friendly. Bed is exactly as detailed and looks great. Very hard to find zip and link in Ireland and this is great value and quality. Highly recommend.
