Very pleased with the service,There was a bit of a mix up with a headboard but as soon as I contacted the company, the lady I spoke with had the issue resolved and re delivered within a couple of days. Bought 2 Divan sets and ordered the medium support platinum mattresses for young adults. They seem very hard more like firm support. They won’t be too happy unfortunately.

I recently bought a mattress .which I'm very pleased with I also bought a bed some time ago and it is so heavy I just cannot move it to clean under .so it really would b helpful if it had castors..BC
