Service was excellent

Service was excellent. However the mattress was very hard not what I was expecting. It looked perfect and was a deep mattress but wasn’t as padded as the double Mattress I had bought last year.

Fabulous bed

Fabulous bed, arrived in under a week. There was a small problem with the gas lift which was replaced immediately. Special mention for Kerrie who was extremely helpful throughout.

Misleading information and fake cancel…

Misleading information and fake cancel return policy I recently purchased a bed frame and mattress set from DFI. While browsing their website, I was particularly drawn to their Sensastion mattress because the description advertised a soft/medium soft comfort level. However, upon receiving the mattress, I was instantly disappointed. The mattress felt exceptionally firm, exceeding the advertised level of support by a significant margin. This unexpected firmness made the mattress unsuitable for my needs. I contacted DFI's customer service department via phone and email to discuss potential solutions, such as a full refund, cancelling the order, or even upgrading to a softer mattress with an additional cost. Unfortunately, the representative informed me that these options were unavailable because I had already removed the plastic wrapping. This entire experience, from the misleading description to the restrictive return policy, was quite frustrating. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider other options before purchasing from DFI. Due to the significant discrepancy between the advertised comfort level and the actual product, along with the unhelpful customer service, I am considering filing a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). Given this experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid purchasing from DFI to prevent a similar situation.
