The bed is great. Delivery bang on time. That's the good part. Driver left divan, mattress and headboard in my hallway. I politely asked if he could please carry mattress and divan upstairs to the landing, at least, but he said no. Muttered something about insurance!! I know the response will be about the T and C, but what encouraged me to purchase from DFI was all the reviews praising the wonderful delivery people who brought beds up stairs!! Not in my case. The fiver tip I had to give him is still in my wallet. Never bought a bed before that wasn't carried upstairs, and the plastic removed by drivers.
