There are a few other turntables local to us, a long way from Spin-It HQ. So a visit for servicing carefully timed make financial sense, and Spin-it guys are really helpful on that. This last time there was major malfunction, and new motor replacement was installed (and service too) in quick and tidy time. Always very helpful.

VERY easy to work with and amazing person to work with. No problems at all. When I made the error of breaking my remote, he helped me very efficiently, even though the England game was on. LOVE IT.

Our turntable had not been serviced for a long time. Chris and his team took the time to travel to our house to take a look at it, as it wasn’t working properly. I decided it needed a proper service and new parts. Chris came back the week after, and sorted the turntable out, and it now works perfectly again. Can’t fault the work they did, and they were very courteous. Would recommend them.

You’ll have more success conducting a séance. Tried four times to reach them after installation. TS - Harrogate
