Good Advice and Quick Efficient Service

I bought a pulse oximeter when my 3 month old granddaughter was discharged from hospital with heart failure. We needed a paediatric sensor which was not supplied as standard so I contacted Healthcare4all directly by phone. They were very helpful and suggested the more recent and reliable model than the one I had selected and supplied a paediatric sensor instead of the adult lead at no extra cost. They also shipped it to us the next working day. This made a very difficult adjustment to a very poorly baby home much easier, and even better we have not needed to use it much as she is getting much better. Definitely 5/5. I would give them a 10 if I could.

Got there in the end

I bought a paediatric pulse oximeter that never worked properly, I emailed immediately and they agreed to replace it but the next one was just as bad. They advised me to return it and promised a refund, this happened eventually.

Non existent customer service

I ordered a large cuff for use with my digital BP monitor. I found it was faulty on arrival (it doesn't pump up). I brought the issue to their attention immediately. Although they refused to deal with it by telephone, I had to email. That was on 5th January. As there was still no response by 12th January I emailed again to ask to arrange a refund. The following day they replied that they were speaking to the supplier and would I please wait a little longer. I am still waiting on 25th January. Today I received an email from them asking me to rate their service which I have done. I am rating here also because they clearly screen the reviews on their own website.

Outstanding service

- 5 stars - I wish other companies had a service like Amazon/Healthcare4all Outstanding I would say
