As a new business, going from sole trader to Limited, I needed guidance through my tax. I had previously used another online accountancy service but I found that they didn't understand my needs as I was in a specialist area of reselling business, took time to respond, and they were expensive. I was fortunate to be recommended Ruibin from RT Accounting as he has been nothing but exceptional. He understood my needs and advised on what I needed to do and when, and has excellent competitive pricing. Despite not using accounting software, he was able to patiently work through my Excel spreadsheet reports, and help submit my tax reports right up to the deadline day. Ruibin is more than your 9 to 5 accountant - He recognises his customers needs and is available all the time and respond to questions quickly which is a help for those that have other full time jobs during the day. Running a business can be stressful but knowing that your accountant is able to work with you, no matter what your experience is with taxes, allows you to focus more on your business. He really takes the stress out of end of year taxes!
