there was no communication before changing my shipping preferences by themselves. to canvas printers (after their response), youre still not understanding the root problem. the issue isnt the restriction (which you are blame shifting on), the issue is there was no communication or mention of this restriction on the webdite, when ordering or even after. no communication. just a email After it was shipped saying you had changed it. that is such bad customer service. esp for someone who bought over $1k
