I have now ordered and received 3 large framed canvas prints - they are awesome! I had some photos I took whilst overseas a couple of years ago and these look great on the wall. I feel like I'm in the spot I took the photo! :) Will use again and again. Thank you.

My experience started out promising. I ordered my canvas on 2 January. I received an email saying it was on it's way on 7 January. It staill had not arrived by 19 January!!! I contacted the company by email and phone. It took 2 days to respond, they said they would look into it and get back to me. It is now 27 January and I still have not heard where my canvas print is, but I certainly don't have it. I was disapointed to find that I thought I was using an Australian company, located in Austraslia, but it would seem that that is not the case.

Very happy with the print. An easy-to-use website; good, clear communication; timely delivery and the print arrived in perfect condition. The only suggestion concerns our long landscape shape print (135cm x 45cm). This means that there is a slight bow in the frame where the canvas has been pulled tight over it. Perhaps an extra piece of frame at the centre point would help with a print this long.

Helpful advice, allowed me to change the photos so that I got the result I was looking for. Highly recommended.
