Acrylic and metal prints are not printed in Aus but in NZ. I had to have an entire order refunded after both the large metal print arrived with scratches everywhere and the large acrylic prints arrived with scratches and bubbles and not glued onto the acrylic properly. Metal was stained on the rear. This was apparently INCLUDING the "pro service" which doesn't seem to be worth the paper its written on. Not happy. I also paid for express shipping but they arrived slower then the first order using regular. Didnt refund the postage. Will not use them again.
