AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SHAM COMPANY WHO TAKE MONEY AND DON'T REFUND

Unable to leave zero stars or I would have AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS On 8th March 2024, I ordered a basin and pedestal online as the item showed as in stock. I called the following day to enquire about delivery and the man I spoke to told me that they could not check stock as they did not have warehouse staff on a Saturday. They somehow still managed to email me on that day to say that the item was out of stock and discontinued, and that they would issue a refund. I queried the status of my refund on 12th March as I could not see any evidence of it on my credit card app, to be told that it had already been issued and that out would take 3 to 5 days to process. I emailed again on 21st March to tell them to refund my payment immediately as it still had not been received and that I would be taking appropriate action against them if I did not receive my refund immediately. I received no reply to this email within 24hrs so I contacted my credit card company. They assured me that no refund had been initiated and to contact the company one last time before taking further action. My credit card company said that this is likely a sham company taking peoples money and utilising it before paying out any chargebacks. Please do not be suckered in by this company. Reading other reviews (which I should have done before I ordered) it looks like they are just a hustle with no actual products that are available.

AWFUL COMPANY.

Ordered a mixer tap, no email confirmation of order after three days, after chasing up was told the item is discontinued. I have asked three times for my refund without success so far. AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I don’t get a refund soon I will have to take legal action against them.

Dishonest

Just tried to order an expensive towel rail but decided to ring first to check delivery options. Firstly the woman couldn't understand me because she was foreign ( I don't have an accent), then she informs me the product's not in stock for two months. The checkout was going to take my payment whilst stating delivery was 2-4 days. Disgraceful.
