Was perfect, well packaged and delivered with care and on time.

This is the second fridge I have order from viewclickbuy and both have been delivered damaged. They need to change their delivery company. Will not be using again

Bought an under counter fridge via Amazon. Unfortunately the fridge was damaged but they immediately offered me a refund or replacement, so I accepted a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had same problem. The people at ClickViewBuy were most helpful and responsive they again offered me a refund which I accepted. Although disappointed with the product, I could not fault them on their customer service

Induction hob was purchased online from viewclickbuy.co.uk and delivered next day. They had best (lowest) price for this size and simple spec. hob and the item was exactly as described, no issues. The email contact from viewclickbuy.co.uk was good, instantly advised order status and subsequent progress and once despatched the courier information was emailed to us to track delivery. No issues at all with purchase or the item supplied.

Simple order process, not only was the delivery free but on time.

One freezer arrived damaged. I was offered £15 back if I kept it which I refused. It was repacked and sent back. A replacement has arrived which is also damaged. I have an order of frozen food arriving tomorrow. I’m furious and will never use this company again.
