I received my cooker hood very quickly and ordering was extremely easy and went without a hitch.

Bought an item via Amazon from this company for a kitchen install. Have been waiting just over a month to use it as that’s when I was able to get a builder in. Upon opening the item I found item completely poorly packaged inside and all of the glass completely smashed making it unusable. Despite showing pictures to show the condition it was received in I've been told I’m too late for any refund so now I have spent over £100 on a poorly packaged item that I can’t use because it’s totally smashed. Thanks a lot!!!!
