I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods. Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.

The Verss Tiles are fantastic for my students who need additional practice and repetition of skills. They make a perfect center activity and my students love the immediate feedback.

It was about two months from the time I ordered until the time I finally received all of the products I ordered. I had to make several phone calls. The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.

My product didn't arrive on time. No one notified me that it was in back order.

I purchased three items from ETA hand2mind and only received 2. I called the customer service department and they were very courteous and understanding. They checked my order and on their end showed that it was packaged and shipped, but since I had only received 2 of the 3 they offered to send the missing item again. I received the missing item 5 days later. I am very pleased with the handling of my concern and satisfied with all of the items I requested and received.
