A fraudulent company that manipulates spreads, price slippage, and very, very bad support service. There is no response from employees or agents. I do not recommend dealing with it. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Withdrawals

Have been using this broker for less than a year..so far no issues on deposits, withdrawals, customer service and they also have options that other brokers lack. But today had withdrawal rejected (never had that issue before) due to min amount was not posted correctly on their page (now its posted correctly on their page). Email notification did not explain further on what was wrong. Contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and matter was resolved. This is how usually traders start test brokers, if even small deposits or withdrawals have issues, those are red flags and the start of brokers fleeing without a trace once you start getting serious on your deposits and withdrawals of your winnings....been there.. To sum it up...they are OK and hope they can maintain and further improve on the traders/investors complaints or findings.

Totally unacceptable way of doing business.

I deposited funds to the account on Monday 16/09/2024, until today those funds have never been allocated to my trading account. I reached out to them, they requested proof of my claims. I sent them the proof, they said it was inconclusive, they requested for a PDF version. I sent them the PDF after having to open a FRAUD CASE with my bank, as they said it was my bank's company process to open a case when Capitec Pay proof of payment is requested. I then got feedback from HFM that the 3rd party payment processor(OZOW) is denying that I made the deposit. So I reached out to OZOW and they sent me proof that the funds were indeed received, and that HFM only has to allocate the money to my trading account. Mind you, the deposit was done on Monday the 16th of September 2024 and I'm writing this review on Friday the 20th of September 2024. I gave HFM more than enough time to find my money, and still they were not able to. ALSO, they had the audacity to blame the 3rd party payment processor and say they are denying me making the deposit, after making me wait 4 days for my money to appear on my trading account. And when I reached out to the 3rd party payment processor, they responded within minutes with proof of the payment received successfully, and sent to HFM successfully. They even had an explanation which was since I paid at midnight, the system may have mistakenly allocated the payment incorrectly as a payment from 15/09/2024.HFM Blatantly denied ever receiving the payment and didn't even have the balls to admit scamming me, they blamed ozow!!! I still haven't received my deposit, neither have I received a refund to my bank account. I am writing this so it doesn't happen to anyone else, and if I don't receive my deposit, either as a refund to my bank account or it miraculously appearing on my trading account, by Tuesday 24/09/2024. I will be escalating to the courts. Totally unacceptable practices, whatsoever. NB! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! EITHER REFUND IT BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT OR ALLOCATE IT TO MY TRADING ACCOUNT.

the platforms over all response is great, fast execution with very acceptable spreads, client support is really good, local languages offered, In my opinion having local e-wallet deposit and withdrawals to some regions is a big plus, with almost instant withdrawals, last withdrawal processed Thursday Sept 12. it was received with in the first hr.
