I ordered two reagents for about $30. After purchasing using my credit card, the regents were never shipped. After one week I emailed customer support. No reply. I also messaged the facebook group. No reply. The package tracking link on the order confirmation was broken. Two weeks later and the goods still have not been shipped.

DO NOT buy from this website! Never shipped order and ignores all emails!

I placed an order almost a month ago. I still have not received it and it doesn't appear to have even been shipped. I have contacted the merchant several times and have not received a single response! Nothing but a scam website.

Dope experience as the name might suggest, fast delivery and legit product. I ordered the Ehrilch reagent and got it in 3 days with great packaging. Fair prices too (I compared) and great customer support.
