Wonderful follow up by staff member regarding a question I had about my order.

I purchased the “Red Russia” Leather Corporate Kit, and custom desk-top brass corporate seal embosser, which were both excellent and quality products, and well worth the purchase price. Furthermore, I was extremely impressed with the personal services provided by Blumberg staff. They were in contact me constantly by phone to make sure I received the products as I wanted. This kind of service is a dinosaur in today’s markets. Finally, delivery of the final product was FAST, safely packaged and quicker than originally informed. GREAT JOB, Blumberg!!

Blumberg Excelsior has maintained the quality service over the years. A correction was need on my recent purchased placed on line. I call customer service and the correction was made. Very helpful and very prompt service, something that is not happening very often lately.

It was hard to order the items with the imprint that we have used for years, on line. I still have not received my full order. I only received Item # 2327. I also ordered Item #2310 and Item # 2312. Item # 2310 was not available to use our previously ordered imprint, so we had to go with a generic Times new Roman imprint. We were not happy. However, as mentioned, we have yet to receive two of the items that we ordered. The actual ones that we are running low on.

The Blumberg website is clear and easy to use. We received our order promptly (quicker than anticipated from New York to Arizona). Our firm has never been disappointed in the service Blumberg has provided.
