I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order and when I called I was told the item was back ordered and it could be several months. However, as soon as I put the order in, a charge was put through on my credit card. I cancelled the order and asked for e-mail confirmation and didn't get an email confirmation.

I made a mistake in the corporation name, caught it right away after submitting order, emailed customer service and they corrected the name. As quickly as you guys are to fill the order you were still able to make that correction. I could not be more pleased with your service. I received the kit, it looks great. Thank you.
