The survey was turned round quickly and efficiently. It confirmed the presence of asbestos cement roof sheeting over the garage but more importantly has provided reassurance that other items such as textured ceiling finishes are clear. Well worth the peace of mind.

I write this as a first ever review and very happily. I came to AC&MS right before Christmas and urgently needed a survey carried out. I found Richard to be easy to deal with and he helped get everything organised very quickly. The surveyor on the day was also very helpful and I received the results the day before Christmas which was extremely helpful to me.
