Initial contact was with Richard, who responded to my enquiry about getting a refurbishment survey done at my property, and was able to get us booked in within a few days. We then had Jamie come and do our survey, who was very professional, gave us the time to explain what he would be doing and how it all worked. He also adhered to covid guidelines at all times. Our report was ready for us within a 4 days after samples were sent off to the lab. I have no problems in recommending AC&MS to carry out a survey for anyone wanting to to do refurbishment works.
