Richard and his surveyor were at all times very helpful and friendly to deal with. I needed it turned around quickly as it's required as part of a flat sale, which it was. And when a presumption on the survey was shown to be incorrect he altered it and sent a revised document within minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
