Great comms fast service even over a bank holiday recommend

Richard and his team at AC&MS provided an excellent service from start to finish. Our surveyor advised we investigate further the artex ceilings on a house we are hoping to buy. I contacted AC&MS further to their favourable reviews. Richard provided clear advice over the phone and details on the type & price of the asbestos surveys and lab analysis AC&MS are able to undertake at their site. The survey was booked with the house owner the same day. The survey was carried out on the Friday and I was provided with a comprehensive survey including photos and details of the lab analysis within 3 days. Fortunately, in our case the survey confirmed their was no asbestos in the artex but we felt it was still money well spent. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend AC&MS again - this and the other reviews are testament to the great service and expertise they provide!

Service performed with only 2 days notice. Technician checked carefully each single room including eves, garage and external storege and he took several small samples to analyse in house. Report has been sent few days after inspection, despite Easter holiday. Highly recommended.

Unable to recommend. They were obviously not interested in doing my job. That was fine. But rather than front that up instead they made excuse after excuse. Not acceptable behaviour. And certainly not professional behaviour.

I would recommend AC&MS with no reservations. They are very responsive to emails, provide quotes promptly, reasonably priced and can usually attend the site at short notice. All members of their staff I have spoken to have been extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
